Rest assured, the young and young at heart will be kept entertained for hours with a wealth of fun and games on board. There's a play area for the little ones, a games arcade and two cinemas for the bigger kids.

Kids Play Area

Just try and stop the kids from bee-lining for this popular beach-themed play area, a veritable jungle gym complete with slide, ramp and softplay pyramids.

Game Zone

Located on Deck 9, this is a fun, light and bright open space with a lounge and arcade-style game area – teens looking to escape their parents will find no better retreat.

Cinemas

Grab the whole family and catch a movie at one of our two cinemas. Features comfy seating and multiple screenings of the latest film releases.

Day Sailing Entertainment

During school holidays (December to April) the whole family will be kept entertained with local entertainers on hand, including face painting, singers and a roaming entertainment host.

Delicious options for kids

Even the pickiest of kids will surely find something to satisfy their tastebuds at TMK, with a range of hearty main meals, fresh house-made salads and delectable sweet treats. Kids 12 and under is $10 for a main meal and kids under 5 can eat for free (includes chips & salads).

Great way to get down to Tasmania. Plenty of options for the kids for the 10-hour trip. Arcade, game console, 2 cinemas. Food options were great, offering pizzas, pastries snacks all the way to roasted chicken and veggies. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, going out of their way to give you a great experience.

Travelled with young kids. It was an extremely fun experience to cross the ocean between Victoria and Tasmania. It gave us an option to cross with our car. Really worth while, really convenient. My family had a cabin with bunk beds, a private bathroom and a porthole. The ferry had many facilities like restaurants, bars, indoor playground, computer games, cinema, etc.
