Get ready to TrailGraze!
Every day’s a good day in Tasmania for lovers of fine food and beverages, but autumn’s annual TrailGraze weekend is next level. Start planning now for the 2025 edition on 11-13 April, when producers along the north and north-west’s Tasting Trail turn on a gourmet party.
Choose from 27 delectable destinations across the region, or follow some of these six curated mini trails.

Devonport to Sheffield
Drive off Spirit of Tasmania at Devonport and straight onto the mini trail south of the city. House of Hargrave is hosting morning yoga among the vines followed by breakfast bites and mimosas, plus anytime flights of Schönburger wine varietals.
Come for the caffeine, stay for the gorgeous miniature goats at Leaping Goat Coffee, and graze on a truffle-themed picnic while painting The Truffledore farm’s charming scenery.
At Plump Berries pick everything from raspberries to marionberries, then sample berry liqueurs. More sweet temptation awaits at Spreyton Cider Co: hot and cold drinks, apple pie (don’t miss the cooking demonstrations!) and free toffee apples.

Devonport to Penguin
Head west along the coast from Devonport for different berry delicious experiences at Turners Beach Berry Patch, and Tasmanian Pickled Onions’ guided tasting. With everything from cheese to chorizo, the humble onion is elevated.
Get to know Island State Brewing’s beers, including with a flight of award winners, and be pleasantly surprised by Penguin Beer Co’s beer-based cocktail workshop.

Deloraine
This tasty town south-east of Devonport is a TrailGraze hotspot. Follow The Truffle Farm’s specially trained dogs hunting for “black gold”, then savour the deluxe flavour of fresh truffle and truffle ice-cream.
Another unforgettable experience in Deloraine is at Meander Valley Vineyard. Pick grapes, stomp on them in oak barrels, then be rewarded with freshly pressed juice and wine.
Discover how 41° South Tasmania farms salmon and ginseng on a tour among native bush and wetland, and relax at some breweries. Bush Inn Brewhouse’s offerings include a limited release barrel-aged stout, while Little Green Men Brewing are showcasing their new ciders.

Burnie to Stanley
In Tasmania’s north-west corner, beat the rush for Hursey's Seafood crayfish specials, and enjoy unique experiences at two craft distilleries.
Gin and whisky is paired with treats from La Cántara Artisan Cheeses and Tarkine Fresh Oysters at Alchymia Distillery. Hellyers Road Distillery offers behind-the-scenes tours, whisky masterclasses and even the chance to create your own 21-year-old single malt.

Grown-ups’ mini trail
Learn how sparkling wine is made at Eastford Creek Vineyard’s masterclass, which ends with putting the cork in your own sparkling rosé. La Villa Wines keeps the fine fizz flowing with TrailGraze-exclusive flights that include special releases.
Ghost Rock Wines’ Pinot Noir Deep Dive features the 2025 Tasmanian Wine Show’s champion, and Western Tiers Distillery has an apple pie-inspired spirit created especially for TrailGraze.

Mini trail for families
It’s just a hop, skip and jump to four kid-friendly TrailGraze stops. There’s a craft tent and DIY nut gathering at Hazelbrae Hazelnuts, and fun, games and sweet treats galore at Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm Café.
Children who get in quick score a free carton of milk at Ashgrove Dairy Door, which is launching their cheesecake gelato. Anvers Chocolate Factory’s master chocolatier will lead workshops for ages 10 and up, and send everyone on their way with copious cocoa insights and a kilogram of chocolates.
