"Taking your car on Spirit of Tasmania gives you complete flexibility to stop as often or little as you want and the best part is you can stock your boot with all the delicious food and wine you taste along the way,” said Spirit of Tasmania Chief Executive Officer Charles Griplas.

“The foodie-experience actually begins as soon as people arrive on board, with our Flavours of Tassie program offering gourmet Tasmanian samplings to passengers from May until November."

Experience Tasmania - Food, Wine & Culture is the second instalment in the Experience Tasmania guide series, the first being the Outdoor edition.

The guide features a number of Tasmania’s best restaurants and cafés, must-see galleries and museums, bountiful markets and island providores, cool-climate wineries, boutique beer and spirit producers, special places to stay, unique historic sites and more.
